DESCRIPTION:Our next Raising Great Kids Speaker Series  – Bridging the Gap: STOP Cyberbullying \nDesigned for parents/guardians of elementary school students. \nPresented in partnership with the Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) of Bucks County\, Mary Worthington\, M.Ed. has extensive experience in bullying prevention and works collaboratively with Bucks County schools to foster healthy and respectful relationships. For the past 16 years\, Mary has developed and administered prevention programs for NOVA. NOVA is the area’s leading agency for supporting and counseling Bucks County crime victims and provides advocacy\, training\, and prevention education programs. Her work has been recognized nationally\, including the New York Times and USA Today. DESCRIPTION:Kick off back to school with our first ever Council Rock District Wide glow in the dark dance for our 4 – 6th-grade students\, and parents! While the kids are having fun in “The Glow Zone”\, a kid’s glow in the dark dance party with a state of the art lighting and sound system\, parents relax in the parent lounge to socialize\, meet new parents and watch the kids on the big screen. \nPulse Entertainment will energize the night with fun mixer activities for kids\, and parents\, while spinning favorite hit songs and taking requests. \nIt’s a great way to bring our Council Rock family together\, allowing our 4 – 6-grade students\, and parents\, to make new friends from across the District as they rise to middle school. Together\, we are Council Rock!  \n \nDetails: \n\nTickets: Pre-sale tickets are $25.00 for child and parent ticket\, $12.50 per student.\nAt the door tickets are $30.00 for child and parent ticket\, $15.00 per student.\nAll tickets include drinks (water and soft drinks)\, child tickets includes one-of-a-kind doughnut bar and glow wear.\nAddition fee of $5 for ice cream sundae bar – can be purchased at the event.\nAdditional menu options available (kids menu: pizza\, chicken fingers\, etc. and adult menu).\nCoat check available.\nEvery child must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
